OnDuty AI is rolling out its platform internationally into the United Arab Emirates (UAE), together with the security provider PSM UAE.
The move builds on a year of collaboration in Austria, where OnDuty AI digitized PSM's security operations across more than 200 employees, reduced overhead and automated processes.
PSM UAE has been active in the Emirates since 2023 and is celebrating its third year in the market this year, with established client relationships.
The rollout covers the platform's full feature set: duty planning, UAE Pass integration, billing, a digital guard book, an interactive operations map, client access, automated reporting and incident management.
The UAE serves as a strategic anchor point for gradually expanding OnDuty AI into further Middle East markets, with the goal of becoming the leading operating system for modern security companies.
