Billing is monthly. The base platform fee is fixed. Usage is calculated at month-end based on recorded working hours. You receive one clear invoice with both components.
Your base fee adjusts automatically. Add employees as needed — no manual upgrades. If team size decreases, your base fee decreases accordingly the following month.
No minimum commitment. Month-to-month billing with the flexibility to cancel anytime. Annual payment options are available for additional savings.
We accept SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, and all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.
