From 0 to 90 – Flawlessly: How We Rocked Stadium Security with Prosafe

A few weeks ago, we welcomed Prosafe as a new client at OnDuty AI. Today we can say: The start couldn't have gone better.

Smooth Onboarding – over 90 employees onboarded without errors

Prosafe has successfully onboarded over 90 employees onto the OnDuty AI platform – completely smoothly and without a single error. From initial registration to full operational readiness, the entire process ran seamlessly. This shows: OnDuty AI is ready for immediate use even with larger teams.

Two Stadium Deployments, Two Successes

The Prosafe crew has already been deployed at two LASK home games in the Raiffeisen Arena – and both times OnDuty AI performed reliably.

The Derby: LASK vs. Blau-Weiß Linz

The first major stress test was the Linzer Derby LASK against Blau-Weiß Linz – an emotionally charged match with over 19,000 registered spectators. In this high-pressure atmosphere, the Prosafe team utilized OnDuty AI for complete operational coordination. The result: seamless processes, no system failures, full oversight.

LASK vs. WSG Tirol

Last week, the second deployment followed during the match LASK against WSG Tirol. A special milestone: Around 50 employees checked in simultaneously – without delays, without errors, without failures. A live proof that OnDuty AI operates stably and reliably even under high simultaneous loads.

From Object Protection to Major Events – A New Chapter

This deployment marks an important step for us. Until now, OnDuty AI has primarily been used in object protection – with smaller teams and planned processes. With Prosafe, we are now entering the world of major event security, where 50 to 100+ employees need to be coordinated – in real-time, under pressure, and with no room for errors.

The fact that this transition has gone so smoothly confirms to us that our platform is ready for the next level.

Our Goals: Testing Limits, Developing Features

Our goal is clear: We want to explore and expand the limits of our system in security-critical environments. Event security presents special demands – on performance, reliability, and real-time capability. That’s where we want to prove ourselves.

At the same time, we are working on new, exciting features specifically developed for the requirements of event security. We look forward to continuing to provide top-notch support to Prosafe and growing together.
